- Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and contracting matters within Provider Solutions
- Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and business risks while proposing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with privacy, compliance, and other stakeholders to support decision-making
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in contracting processes and documentation
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in commercial contracting
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional judgment in assessing legal and business risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information clearly
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with GPOs, specialty distribution, or biologics
- Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and security in contracting contexts
- Involvement in process improvement initiatives, such as creating playbooks or templates
- Previous in-house legal or legal operations experience
