Responsibilities
  • Discuss potential claims with new clients
  • Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases
  • Handle the claims process
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultations
  • Draft notice of claims, EEOC charges, state charge forms, and other documents as necessary
  • Engage with EEOC investigators to present evidence
Qualifications
  • Must have Juris Doctorate
  • Must be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate empathy
  • Must possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work
Compensation

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
