Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of labour & employment legal support experience in EMEA
Experience with works council processes and transnational consultation Ability to manage external counsel and multi-country legal workflows Fluency in English required;
French strongly preferred Familiarity with legal operations tools and structured documentation processes
