I'm currently supporting a growing technology-driven organization within the construction industry, that is looking to hire a Procurement Manager urgently to lead and transform its global purchasing and logistics function.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, with responsibility for:
- Supplier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management
- Procurement process improvement and operational transformation
- Global logistics and freight strategy
- Cost reduction, KPI development, and supplier accountability
- ERP-driven purchasing and reporting (Net Suite experience highly desirable)
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams
- Location: 5 days a week onsite in Columbus, OH
The ideal profile is someone who has successfully improved procurement and supply chain processes, implemented best practices, and can operate comfortably at both a strategic and hands-on level, while also having experience managing personnel.
