Pay: $21.00/hr Duration:

Position Overview:
The MACD Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) order requests through all stages of processing, ensuring timely completion or resolution. This role requires effective and professional communication with client representatives and service providers, as well as diligent tracking of all workflows to maintain accurate inventory and fulfill client requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and tracking wireline MACD order requests to ensure efficient workflow.
- Liaising with clients, engineers, contracting personnel, and vendors to address and resolve potential order delays.
- Utilizing internal and client portals for order management, placement, and tracking.
- Interpreting circuit details, service components, and order instructions to meet client expectations in coordination with carriers.
- Executing each processing step, including status transitions such as Pending Processing and Ordered with Vendor, and ensuring carrier fulfillment and installation scheduling.
- Recording and updating essential circuit and service details in the wireline inventory database (such as pricing, formats, bandwidth, service locations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and DMARK locations).
- Reviewing and comprehending carrier invoices and customer service records.
- Monitoring and adhering to processing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Providing assistance as needed to Audit and Invoice Management teams.
- Collaborating across international borders, time zones, and language barriers to achieve all objectives.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience with wireline or telecommunications services.
- Working knowledge of wireline telecommunications circuits and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
