Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a Purchasing Associate to join one of our leading healthcare clients. The Purchasing Associate supports procurement operations for dairy ingredients to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing site operations. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing supplier data, maintaining contract pricing, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient purchasing processes.

• Manage supplier data and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain contract pricing and procurement records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to support business operations.
• Support day-to-day procurement operations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• 1–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
