Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a “Purchasing Associate” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

The Purchasing Associate supports procurement operations for dairy ingredients to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing site operations. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing supplier data, maintaining contract pricing, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient purchasing processes.

• Support day-to-day procurement operations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Manage supplier data and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain contract pricing and procurement records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to support business operations.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• 1–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
