Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Raw Materials

We are seeking an Individual Contributor primarily focused on supporting strategic sourcing of Raw Materials across the Bath & Body Works supply chain. This role coordinates projects with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Logistics partners while developing strong supplier relationships. The Analyst supports sourcing strategy execution, supplier management, market intelligence, risk mitigation, cost optimization, value engineering, and innovation initiatives.

• Document and communicate raw material category strategies to cross-functional business partners.
• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned raw material categories.
• Support development of category and subcategory strategies that align supplier capabilities with business requirements.
• Identify emerging market trends, supply risks, and innovation opportunities within assigned categories.
• Conduct sourcing events and analyze supplier proposals.
• Evaluate cost increase requests and communicate business impact and mitigation recommendations.
• Track commodity cost drivers and forecast potential business impacts.
• Support sourcing stage-gate activities and business award recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and maintenance processes.
• Participate in supplier business reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier scorecards including quality, delivery, service and cost metrics.
• Develop understanding of supplier capabilities, market dynamics and emerging technologies.
• Partner with suppliers to drive innovation, sustainability and productivity opportunities.
• Lead category analytics and market intelligence activities.

• Support value engineering and raw material optimization initiatives.
• Support supplier risk mitigation and business continuity planning.
• Support sourcing excellence initiatives through process standardization and data-driven decisions.
• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities supporting annual sourcing goals.

• Creation and execution of Individual Development Plan (IDP) / Personal Performance Objectives (PPO’s) / Quarterly Connects / Performance Review in accordance with the performance management life cycle process
• Identify continuous learning opportunities for own development (ie. Learning Manager, attend other meetings to gain insights, job shadowing, vendor visits, commodity schools)
• Participate in regular development meetings with peers and managers
• Participate and support team engagement initiatives as identified through the Associate Opinion Survey
• Train cross functional partners and participate in onboarding initiatives when appropriate

• Knowledge of commodity markets, category management principles, and sourcing processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commodity Management, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Experience analyzing commodity markets, supplier performance and cost drivers preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, personal care, chemicals, fragrance, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
