The Reconditioning Center Administrator manages vendor relationships, coordinates vehicle repair orders, validates vendor work, processes invoices, and ensures repair quality, supporting smooth operations in the reconditioning center.

• Arrange transportation for off‑site repairs.
• Communicate quality and timing expectations to vendors.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality.
• Process and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricing.
• Apply vendor invoices to repair orders for close‑out.
• Manage labor and parts coding for repair orders.
• Oversee tire orders, including processing and payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate daily with national vendors such as Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and NTW (National Tire Wholesale) to manage outstanding invoices.
• Communicate any issues with sublet vendors to the Inspection Center General Manager (ICGM) and/or Inspection Center Recon Managers (ICRM).

• Strong verbal and written communication, follow‑up, and follow‑through skills.
• Comfortable operating all vehicles within the reconditioning center.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and vehicle standards.
• Familiar with company standards and ensures each vehicle meets those cosmetic standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with management and team leads to assess vehicle repairs and costs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

This safety‑sensitive position requires the following physical capabilities:

• Lift or move objects up to 20 lbs. and work in various positions, including tight spaces.
• Exposure to varying conditions (cold, heat, noise, fumes, odors) based on vehicle maintenance needs.
• May require safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• Frequent communication with internal customers, requiring the ability to exchange accurate information.
