Logistics and Operations Associate, Specialist, Sr. Specialist

As a member of the Logistics and Operations team at Wayfair, you play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of inventory within the store and warehouse environment. You ensure products are received, tracked, stored, and processed correctly to support a seamless customer and operational experience. Through daily audits, cycle counts, shipment processing, and system monitoring, you help protect inventory accuracy while supporting efficient product flow throughout the building.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive mindset. You will work retail and visual merchandising teams to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve operational processes. Whether handling inbound deliveries, performing audits, or troubleshooting inventory exceptions, you help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

• Efficiently receive, prepare, process, and accurately locate all incoming inventory while maintaining productivity and inventory accuracy standards.
• Consistently supports daily department workload and operational execution.

• Owns inventory integrity for an assigned department.
• Ensures inventory is accurately received, stored, audited, and replenished.
• Identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies, drives process compliance, and serves as the department subject matter expert for inventory operations.

• Leads inventory excellence across multiple areas.
• Supporting the onboarding, training, and development of Logistics Associates and Specialists.
