Operations Associate

Draft Kings is seeking an Operations Associate to support Transportation & Logistics within our Casino & Gaming operations. In this role, you'll coordinate shipments of gaming equipment, track inventory movement, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries to venues and partners. You'll monitor carrier performance, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate logistics and operational reports. Working closely with cross functional teams, you'll help optimize routing, control costs, and support continuous process improvement in a fast paced, data driven environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments of gaming and casino equipment to venues and partners
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate logistics records and reports
• Monitor carrier performance, on-time delivery, and resolve shipping issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule shipments and meet operational deadlines
• Support cost control through route optimization and carrier selection
• Ensure compliance with relevant transportation and gaming regulations
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in transportation and logistics processes
• Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders on shipments and inventory
• Liaise with vendors and carriers to manage service levels and contracts
• Support implementation and use of TMS, WMS, and related logistics tools
