As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and physical condition of our community, creating a safe, welcoming, and visually appealing environment for our residents. This part‑time, non‑exempt position reports directly to the Property Manager.

• Keep all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable at all times, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds.
• Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and ensuring their healthy appearance.
• Assist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support unit turnover processes, including trashing out vacant units and collaborating with vendors to maintain quality standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to current, future, and past residents.
• Inspect the property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
• Use property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and safely.
• Assist with light maintenance duties as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with residents and team members.
• Basic computer skills for completing work orders or other property tasks.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs, as well as climb and work from ladders.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation to participate in on‑call duties.
