Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm with shift flexibility (average of 30 hours per week)

The Facility Custodian/Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the office, warehouse, and facility grounds. This role ensures daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms, supports warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness on the docks and floors, stocks copiers and printers, and assists with basic warehouse labor support as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, warehouse, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure outdoor areas are tidy and free of debris.
• Handle light maintenance duties such as window cleaning, surface disinfecting, and basic warehouse support.
• Monitor facility safety, report maintenance issues, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Assist with recycling, stocking supplies, and occasional shipment check‑ins.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, promptly reporting issues or concerns.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or warehouse support experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning tools and equipment (mops, brooms, vacuums, etc.).

• Frequent exposure to sunlight, dust and dirt, grease, exhaust and/or fuel fume odors.
• Must be able to handle a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; many warehouse items are cumbersome.
• Bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Work in varying indoor and outdoor weather and temperature conditions.
