• Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned
• Paint and assist with the upkeep of grounds and landscaping
• Report all mechanical failures or negative conditions to the Maintenance Director
• Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc.
• Maintain maintenance equipment
• Perform day‑to‑day maintenance functions including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC
• Maintain the physical appearance of the community

• High school diploma or GED desirable
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
• Knowledge and experience with power tools
• Ability to communicate with co‑workers, residents, and family members
• Basic math skills
• Ability to make routine decisions requiring minimal judgment
