Flex custodians are on‑call team members that maintain the cleanliness of our clients' facilities. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site. You should have a flexible schedule, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle.

• Travel to different client sites, as assigned by operational leadership.
• Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• A flexible schedule and 24‑hour availability – you will be on call.
• Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10‑panel drug screen.
• Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.).
• Able to use reasoning and judgment.
• Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned).
• Able to communicate in writing effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel at various times through the entire shift.
• Able to lift and move, up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US – we use e‑Verify.
• Must be able to work 7 days a week, on call as needed.
