You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or similar experience and a passion for delivering the utmost customer service. You will be part of a team that interacts most with our residents, completing service requests in a timely manner, performing repair and maintenance services, maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset.
