Supervisor- Split

GTS is seeking a supervisor for our next High-Split coax splicing project in the Columbus/Dayton, Ohio markets. The ideal candidate must be Dependable, Experienced, Knowledgeable and able to successfully manage fast-paced, high-split coax splicing project. Duties will include review and oversite of nightly manpower requirements, morning customer updates, daily production reporting and weekly billing preparation.

• Minimum 5 years Proven Experience as a Team Leader
• Solid Technical Background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in high-split construction projects.
• Solid Organizational Skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking
• Great Customer Relation and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Dynamic Problem Solver for multiple crews and able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions to avert potential pitfalls.
• Efficient Leader, able to inspire and motivate staff to work together towards project-oriented goals
• Must be able to travel CONUS, extensively

• Bi-Directional Sweep Specifications and Certifications
• Ingress/Egress Mitigation
• Optical Node Bi-Directional Optimizations and Setups
• DOCSIS Performance Tools.
