We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help keep a residential community clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You'll care for apartments and shared spaces, support laundry and trash removal, and help residents feel at home through the quality of your work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residential units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Keep hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces clean and presentable.
• Launder and change linens and towels as needed; keep laundry areas tidy and stocked.
• Collect and dispose of trash from units and common areas.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the property team when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns to property management.
• Respond to residents' cleaning requests or concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Work cooperatively with property and maintenance team members.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping, janitorial, or related cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Good organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Friendly and professional communication with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform regular bending and lifting.

Work Environment

This role involves cleaning residential units and shared spaces, as well as completing laundry and trash removal tasks. The ability to stay active throughout the workday is required.
