Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Janitorial Workers to join our team. Associates will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work areas while following all company safety and sanitation procedures.

Pay Rate: $15 /H Shift/

Hours:

Monday - Friday / 7:00AM - 3:30PM Benefits:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude in a university environment.
• Able to pass Background check and drug Screening.

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely after proper training.
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
