Janitorial Crew Leader Whitehall; 2nd Shift

Defense Supply Center Crew Leader – Full-Time (2nd Shift)

Sign-on Bonus: $250.00

Location:

DSCC, 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH Pay: $18.75 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Transportation Available from Newark

• Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
• Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
• Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
• Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
• Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone

• At least 18 years of age
• Federal REAL  (star in the top right corner)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

• Natural leadership and team-building skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
• Ability to work independently while guiding others
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Clear, confident communication with diverse groups

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort standing for extended periods (with breaks)
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
