The Role:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Support Associate to support the maintenance and daily operations of our facilities, grounds, equipment, and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and operational environment. The successful candidate will assist with facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, snow removal, basic equipment repairs, forklift maintenance, and warehouse support.

Flexibility to assist in warehouse and field operations as needed is essential.

Qualifications:

• Perform light building and facility maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine grounds and lot maintenance to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Clean sidewalks, entryways, and common areas.
• Perform snow removal and operate snow-plowing equipment during winter weather events.
