• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Partner with finance leadership to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Drive automation and efficiency in accounting operations.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

• CPA designation required (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a Fortune 500 or large corporate environment preferred.
