Columbus, Ohio. Moss Roofing is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our brand-new Columbus location! - Oversee residential roofing projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage branch financials, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to hit revenue and profitability goals
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and local partners to expand Moss Roofing’s reputation in the market
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with Moss Roofing’s processes
- Report regularly on branch performance and strategic growth opportunities
- Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance in a branch or multi-team environment
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new branch successfully
- Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
