Project Manager - Operations

Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a Project Manager or Coordinator to support a long-term project role with a Financial Services client in Columbus, OH. This role will help manage and drive a variety of internal process and system projects. Prior experience within Financial Services is a plus. This role will last through the end of 2026, with potential for contract to hire in 2027.

Role will work a hybrid schedule with several days a week in office in Columbus.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Approximately 5 years of related Program or Project Management experience (more traditional project management - planning and execution versus agile or waterfall).

- Payments experience a plus (any kind of payments rails, e.g. ACH, wire, real-time payments, check processing, card networks, etc)

- Prior Financial Services industry experience

- Strong presentation skills and comfort with preparing/presenting status updates to large groups including Executive Leadership Team.

- Ability to build schedules, track work, gather requirements, and create project documentation.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Audit experience a plus
