Description

Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Director of Operations to lead our Operations department in Columbus. This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our fast casual restaurant, ensuring excellence in service and operational efficiency.

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving profitability through effective management of resources, staff, and systems. You will work closely with our team to implement strategies that align with our vision for growth and sustainability in the restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for 2 to 3 districts to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional initiatives
  • Analyze operational metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold company culture
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management
  • Lead 10 - 40 restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in restaurant operations
