• As Site/General Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the wash:
• Lead & Inspire:
  Recruit, train, and develop a reliable, trustworthy team that delivers 5-star service.
• Make Safety #1:
  Enforce safety standards and ensure a secure environment for both staff and customers.
• Deliver Great Service:
  Resolve customer concerns quickly and create positive, lasting impressions.
• Run the Show:
  Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and site performance with precision.
• Keep It Running:
  Monitor equipment, maintain supplies, and ensure a spotless facility.
• Drive Success:

• 2+ years leadership or management experience (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred).
• A natural leader who can build trust and inspire a team.
• Strong focus on safety, accountability, and customer care.
• Problem-solver with mechanical aptitude (car wash experience a plus).
• Organized, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college/business training a plus).
