Vice President of Operations — Hands On Operator to Scale a Growing B2B Platform

This is a builder role. Not an enterprise oversight role.

The business is looking for an operations leader who can translate strategy into execution and build the systems, processes, and operating discipline required to scale into a multi facility, national platform.

If your background is primarily in large organizations where execution happens through layers, this role it not for you.

• Owning execution across the operation
• Building and refining systems, processes, and operating discipline to support growth
• Direct leadership of Plant Manager and platform operations including Supply Chain, Procurement, Procurement, IT, and Customer Service
• Creating an operational excellence reporting rhythm with clear metrics and standards shared with leadership and key stakeholders
• Driving consistency, accountability, and performance as the business scales

This role requires comfort being close to the work while building for scale.

• Proven experience scaling B2B operations in a small to medium sized business
• Direct experience leading Plant Managers, supply chain and cross functional operational teams
• A proven track record of turning strategy into execution
• Experience building operating rhythm, reporting, and performance metrics

• Direct partnership with leadership and full ownership of operations
• Equity participation at the start, with additional equity as the platform grows
• Clear path to COO
• Opportunity to lead acquisition integration and platform expansion
• Ability to build your own team, systems, and operating model
