• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate ordering processing
• Deliver unmatched customer service by ensuring company standards of premium quality products, 48-hour shipping customer commitment, and urgent communication between the operations team and sales, marketing, and finance departments
• Monitor and maintain inventory, implementing effective strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and maximize inventory turnover
• Manage and lead warehouse team by setting clear performance expectations, analyzing productivity, and operational standards
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and improve overall operations efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety by conducting regular training sessions and safety audits
• Optimize space utilization within the warehouse to accommodate storage needs and streamline order picking and packing processes
• Identify talent, hire, and effectively train new employees

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Warehouse/Operations Manager and Forklift experience
• Ability to maintain a driving record that meets company insurability standards
