- Translate national sales strategy into regional execution plans
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and monitor sales quality and retention metrics
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Medicare Advantage or insurance distribution
- Experience leading external field agency or broker distribution channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-state or national sales teams
- Active Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong background in recruiting and scaling external distribution partnerships
- Data-driven approach with forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
- Effective in developing regional sales leaders and fostering a performance-oriented culture
