Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the enterprise implementation of Encompass across our Mortgage Lending organization. This role will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and delivery of a large‑scale, business‑critical transformation program impacting loan origination processes, operational workflows, and supporting technology platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership experience within financial services or mortgage operations and has a proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives that span business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day execution of the Encompass implementation program, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and delivery timelines
- Manage and maintain the integrated program roadmap, key milestones, and critical dependencies across multiple work streams
- Coordinate execution across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure cohesive program delivery
- Track and manage program budget, resource allocations, and timelines to ensure adherence to financial and delivery targets
- Lead program‑level risk and issue management processes, including identification, mitigation planning, escalation, and resolution
- Produce executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and status updates to communicate program health, progress, and key decisions
- Facilitate governance forums including steering committees, working groups, and executive stakeholder meetings
- Ensure program deliverables align with operational readiness, change management, and colleague enablement objectives
- Support decision‑making through data‑driven insights and program performance metrics
- 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large‑scale enterprise initiatives
- Prior experience supporting Mortgage or Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations;
Encompass experience strongly preferre - Financial Services or Banking industry background
- Mortgage Operations or Home Lending domain knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, integrated program plans across multiple functional work streams
- Experience managing program budgets, resourcing models, and delivery timelines
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience
- Proven experience producing executive communications and facilitating governance forums
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise system implementations or platform integration
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
