Growth is part of our DNA. As we continue expanding across markets and scaling our revenue teams, we are seeking a high‑impact Revenue Training Leader to elevate performance, consistency, and leadership depth across our Outside Sales, Canvass, and Call Center teams.

This role goes beyond delivering training. You will train, lead, and develop our trainers, drive accountability, and ensure our revenue training systems consistently produce high‑performing reps.

You will shape how our revenue teams are onboarded, trained, and developed — directly influencing ramp time, productivity, retention, and long‑term growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and train our trainers on the onboarding and initial performance training across all revenue teams (Outside Sales, Community Engagement, Call Center, and Talent Acquisition) – you are the trainer of our trainers
  • Build scalable development systems that emphasize appointment setting mastery, objection handling, engagement skills, and role‑specific excellence
  • Create engaging multimedia training content (videos, workbooks, LMS modules, certifications, scripts, playbooks)
  • Facilitate high‑impact in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and boot camps
  • Lead and develop our Revenue Training staff, providing accountability and performance oversight
  • Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and performance trends
  • Define and track training KPIs tied directly to revenue outcomes and retention
  • Continuously refine programs using performance data, field observations, and feedback loops

What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Leadership
  • 3–4 years of high‑level performance in Outside Sales and/or Canvass
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable training programs
  • Strong leadership and trainer‑development experience
  • High emotional intelligence and cross‑functional influence
  • Ability to travel up to 50% between offices in Ohio, Kentucky, & Tennessee
