Senior Project Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Project Manager for its Treviso Office.

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead reasonably complex projects, manage project stakeholders and provide leadership to the project team. Senior project managers are responsible for delivering their scope of work in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls, and require deep technical knowledge and broad business experience.

What will you be doing?

• Act as Project Leader, coordinating and supervising team activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Take a leadership role in defining objectives, priorities, and operational strategies within the project team.
• Coordinate one or more projects, ensuring execution in line with guidelines, requirements, and client expectations.
• Ensure effective and structured communication among all team members, promoting the timely sharing of information necessary for project success.
• Take full responsibility for achieving assigned objectives, in compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure the accurate, complete, and timely production and delivery of all project outputs.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration, alignment, and effective management of interdependencies.

What do you need?

A degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience (5–10 years) in managing projects of medium complexity and economic value (experience in the hospitality and luxury sectors is considered a plus).

Excellent technical writing, client relationship, and communication skills (both internal and external).

Ability to operate as a Key Account Manager, liaising with clients at all organizational levels and ensuring strategic oversight of the relationship.

Strong leadership skills, team-oriented mindset, reliability, and operational flexibility.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, along with full proficiency in Italian.
