Growth is in our DNA. As we embark on our next major expansion phase, we are seeking a high-impact Learning & Development Leader to build, lead, and scale our enterprise learning strategy.

You will design and implement the systems that shape how people grow — from new hires to emerging executives — ensuring our training drives measurable performance, retention, leadership depth, and operational excellence.

• Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy
• Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity
• Create structured leadership development pathways across departments
• Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications)
• Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred)
• Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey
• Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance
• Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights
• Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals

• A strategic thinker who also loves execution

• Highly skilled in curriculum design and adult learning methodologies
• Tech-savvy and excited about leveraging AI and modern learning tools
• A confident facilitator with strong executive presence
• Deeply motivated to elevate people and drive measurable results

If you’ve built high-performing learning ecosystems before — and want to do it again at scale — this role is for you.

• 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Learning & Development or Training Leadership
• Proven success designing and implementing high-impact training programs
• Strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms (Absorb preferred)
• Executive coaching or consulting background (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from inception
