OFFICE MANAGER
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some hybrid flexibility)
Salary Range: $85,000–$115,000 + bonus eligibility
Our client, a well‑established professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations and oversee administrative staff within its Columbus office. This is a high‑visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring a productive, professional, and service-oriented environment for both internal teams and clients.

- Maintain a consistent on-site presence to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality support for professional staff.
- Partner with leadership to implement office initiatives, support change management, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for administrative staff.
- Coordinate with building management and facilities teams on office readiness, maintenance, and space planning.
- Manage office budget, vendor relationships, invoices, monthly reconciliations, and operational expenses.
- Oversee supply inventory and ensure all common areas remain organized and well-maintained.
- Engage with professional staff to gather feedback and enhance workflows, communication, and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- At least 5 years of people-management experience within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, medical, or similar).
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams, resolve conflict, and maintain trust.
- Experience managing office operations, budgeting, facilities, and vendor interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated stability and tenure.
