What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you'll take full ownership of your community, driving performance while creating an exceptional resident experience:
* Lead daily operations of a multifamily community
* Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident retention strategies
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
* Supervise and motivate onsite team members (leasing & maintenance)
* Ensure property compliance with company standards and local regulations
* Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Experience with budgeting, NOI, and operational performance
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* App Folio or other property management software experience is a plus
