• Operational and Inventory Management:
  Keep track of all the goodies and make sure they're where they need to be, when they need to be there!
• Team Supervision and Leadership:
  Be the captain of your ship, guiding and inspiring your team to greatness!
• Quality Control and Compliance:
  Make sure everything meets the highest standards and follows the rules.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work with other teams and keep everyone informed and happy.

Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supervising large teams of 20 or more employees.

Preferred Experience:

• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
