$65,000 to $80,000 salary based on experience.
Primary Objective:
Lead the showroom sales/design team and ensure consistent sales performance and customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales/design staff
- Monitor sales pipeline
- Review proposals and scopes
- Train team members
- Ensure process compliance
- Support closing large projects
