The Payroll Manager is a crucial role within the organization, holding responsibility for overseeing and directing payroll processing activities. They lead a team that is built to deliver accurate payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws, tax obligations, and internal policies while maintaining accurate payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the payroll processing function to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Ensure controls are effectively executed and documentation meets audit SOX requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional department leaders.
  • Collaborate with SOX auditors to avoid audit deficiencies.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or the equivalent of 15 years of Payroll experience/leadership.
  • Minimum 10 years of Payroll experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in people management and development.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Kronos Dimensions.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP Payroll.
Preferred

Skills:

Certified Payroll Professional (CCP Certification)

Pay Range and Company Benefits:

$120,000 - $150,000
