How You Will Drive Success
  • Work directly with the General Manager (GM) to grow guest count and improve revenue through core sales mix, Multi Care, and Core Plus.
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency.
  • Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
  • Carry out duties and projects such as inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and collaborate with the District Manager (DM) on critical initiatives.
  • Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
  • Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
  • Keep the service center clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
  • Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
  • Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
  • Build and maintain an engaged workforce that matches customer volume and business needs.
  • Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting direction for business goals.
  • Manage inventory and product orders that meet business needs.
  • Hold team members accountable to all safety and productivity rules and regulations.
  • Assist guests with questions and needs in person, electronically, or by phone.
Under the Hood – What You’ll Need
  • One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience not required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
  • Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
  • Capability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that increase sales and service results.
  • Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment.
  • "Guest First" mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces like concrete or metal and to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Adaptability to hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
  • Minimum age 18 and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
