- As a Senior Manager, responsible for managing and driving growth with existing clients and demonstrating proof of growing the practice, with extensive experience working with C‑suite leaders, Boards, and fluency in leadership strategy, assessment, and development.
- Accomplished at developing business, bringing insights to clients, collaborating, building relationships, and thinking flexibly; comfortable with ambiguity and inventive.
- Demonstrates curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI‑powered tools to improve productivity with strong quality and risk awareness.
- Design, deliver, and implement large‑scale, strategic consulting programs across Leadership & Culture’s suite of Services (Board Effectiveness, CEO Succession, Culture Change, D&E, Executive Assessment, Coaching, Potential Development, Team Development).
- Model and deliver senior‑level consulting offerings to CEOs, C‑suite teams, boards, chairs, and other senior leaders, achieving differentiated margins.
- Develop and maintain a high‑caliber network of senior‑level contacts to generate significant business opportunities.
- Be a trusted, confidential advisor, building deep, insightful relationships with C‑suite leaders and their teams to support their success and build impactful cultures.
- Deliver high‑quality work supporting the client’s business strategy and improving commercial outcomes, mastering contextual and behavioral levers of value creation.
- Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders, building understanding of leadership’s impact on outcomes and strategy.
- Manage and coordinate client teams or portfolios: upskill teams, cultivate local relationships, and create professional operational structures.
- Pilot new intellectual property within client systems to support our Content Team and keep best practices current.
- Manage a portfolio of clients (typically one to two large accounts), growing accounts with strategic plans, driving intentional growth, and selling across Leadership & Culture’s offerings.
- Serve as a role model for others to build a positive and inclusive culture.
- Travel up approximately 30‑35%, as needed.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: extensive C‑suite/Board support; leadership/exec coaching and advisory; deep psychological assessment of senior leaders; organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design; workshop design and facilitation; D&E strategy, services, or training.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree or above in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field (or equivalent skill and knowledge).
- Significant client management and/or business development experience with a track record of new business development and lasting relationships with C‑suite executives and Board members.
- A consulting mindset: developing insights, spotting opportunities, generating innovative solutions, and driving outcomes in response to client needs.
- Confidence using data, analytics, and technology alongside intuition; comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data to deliver results.
- Line manager experience: inspiring others to create seamless, high‑touch client experiences and developing team confidence and credibility.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality across stakeholders.
