A professional at this position level within Client has the following responsibilities:
- Transformation management professionals create the vision for their clients, set the approach, plan with confidence, and then execute with agility and control. These practitioners strive to unlock and maximize value for our clients while leveraging experiences in shaping, delivering, monitoring, and recovering complex programs.
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Client.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client. People in our Client & Market career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program and project management
- Minimum 7 years in technology project delivery and execution
- Minimum 3 years of working on Agile projects
- Minimum 5 years of functional and Business Process design
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Resources industry verticals - oil, gas, solar, energy, utilities, mining, chemicals, natural resources
- Team lead experience
- Multi-site delivery experience
- Business & value case creation or management
- Governance, operation, or engagement model definition
