Senior Project Manager, Multi‑Family
Columbus, OH | $120,000–$140,000 per year
Responsibilities- Manages the day‑to‑day operations of construction sites
- Project Management, Cost Effectiveness, Job Set Up, Construction Phase, Close Out Phase, Project Team Management
- Customer Relations:
Performs as customer sponsor as needed
- Experience building multi‑family housing required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate skill level
- Must be/become proficient in Procore project management system
Competitive pay ($120,000–$140,000/year)
