Location: Onsite, Distribution Center in Columbus, OH

Salary: Starting at $90,000, Commensurate with Experience

Luxe Brands () is seeking a proactive, forward thinking Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse execution while anticipating and preparing for future business needs. This role owns the operational rhythm of our Columbus based distribution center, overseeing people, inventory, and workflow, while continuously improving how the operation scales alongside company growth.

This is a high initiative, boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, balances strategic thinking with hands on problem solving, and adjusts communication style based on audience and context. This leader will be responsible for today’s execution and for identifying what the business will need next and how we scale for optimal growth.

The D.C. Operations Manager also plays a critical role in ensuring all inventory, including private label, consignment, and buy out merchandise, is handled with accuracy, care, and efficiency from receipt through fulfillment.

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, packing, and shipping
• Lead and develop the DC team and external partners with clear expectations and accountability
• Own inventory control processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency
• Monitor throughput, quality, and service levels to meet operational standards
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
