We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator to coordinate innovative leadership development initiatives across our state. The Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of program activities for both the mid-manager and senior leadership collaborative track. This role supports outreach and recruitment, manages application and onboarding processes, coordinates vendors and materials, and maintains participant and attendance data for evaluation and reporting. The Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator works with the Leadership Collaborative Program Manager and Senior Director of Workplace Health to promote inclusive practices and support continuous quality improvement throughout the program.
The Leadership Collaborative is hosted in four regions:
Northeast Ohio, Northwest Ohio, Southeast Ohio, and Central Ohio. This position requires monthly travel including overnight stay at minimum 12 nights of the year.
