New Business Strategy Senior Manager - Bread Pay Job Summary
The New Business Strategy Senior Manager serves as the primary liaison between Bread Financial and new brand partners, ensuring a seamless integration and adoption of services. This role is pivotal in strategizing and executing portfolio management, fostering client relationships, and driving growth through informed business decisions.
Essential Job Functions- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement portfolio strategies for new clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations; own the value proposition for assigned portfolios; work closely with Product Center of Excellence to strategically integrate product offerings.
- Guide clients through onboarding, aligning with Bread Financial procedures and marketing strategies; manage expectations; advocate during internal meetings; challenge program performance expectations to meet capability alignment and timelines.
- Leverage understanding of P&L to influence product and acquisition strategies, manage marketing funds, oversee reporting setup, and develop custom reports as required.
- Lead the strategy for new client implementation and delivery of modeled expectations at launch; provide key metrics and proof points for strategic discussion.
- Apply credit management practices, collaborate with Fraud, Risk, Analytics and other partners; serve as escalation point for client‑related issues and lead remediation projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- 12+ years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 10+ years management experience in a multi‑level organization.
