Starbucks is hiring a Facilities Services Manager in Columbus to provide exceptional store experiences.

• Oversee and manage protection and repair of Starbucks shops, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to limit downtime and sustain buildings and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors for safety, renovations, and construction projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
• Manage budgets and costs associated with safety and maintenance, ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Develop and enforce sustainability initiatives to reduce energy use, waste, and environmental impact.

• Valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of U.S. military experience.
• Experience coordinating outside contractors and vendors.
• Familiarity with sustainability responsibilities and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical, strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and related applications.
