Job Summary

• Define project scope, developing a comprehensive management plan encompassing project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and quality control.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, maintaining diligent documentation of all project phases.
• Foster clear, effective communication with stakeholders to align expectations, updates, and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation efficiently across different project aspects.
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans to monitor progress.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout each stage of project execution.
• Regularly review project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion within given time frames and budgets.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Generate reports for upper management regarding project status, escalating issues as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record as a project manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, procedures, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in effectively managing teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving prowess, with the ability to make decisive calls under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions.
