Fund Accounting Team Coordinator

This intermediate level role is responsible for supporting fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations – Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to assist in calculating daily and periodic Net Asset Values (NAVs) for funds and distributing associated unit prices.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate activities to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of fund operations, including NAV calculation and distribution factors.
  • Contribute to the design of the future operating model across product areas.
  • Determine workflow within the department/function, ensuring efficient handling of work and coordinating team efforts to support transactions for large global clients, financial institutions, or governments.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) and provide guidance to resolve problems, handle escalations, and solve complex or escalated transactions.
  • Coordinate training, coaching, and feedback for new hires and lower‑level staff, and support first‑level employees with performance assessments or corrective action.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies and manage procedural manuals and updates.
  • Coordinate risk and control agenda and collaborate with managers to monitor audit deliverables, interfacing with internal and external auditors.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, uphold firm reputation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, while maintaining transparency in reporting control issues.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Chartered Accountant, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in fund accounting and financial services.
  • Experience in operations delivery.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated SME knowledge in related area.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Education

Post Trade Compliance Coordinator – Assistant Vice President

This intermediate management level position leads a team of compliance analysts, ensuring the seamless delivery of post‑trade compliance activities. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, client reporting, process improvement, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties such as performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
  • Complete regulatory reporting and associated client reporting requirements for the Post‑Trade Compliance program.
  • Assist the section manager with compliance matters affecting clients.
  • Identify and implement corrective action plans across teams while analyzing and assessing business risk.
  • Serve as primary point of escalation for internal and external staff queries, developing and managing process, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Create, develop, and maintain business relationships; identify and implement service, system, and process enhancements; lead system testing and train staff on new technology.
  • Support development and achievement of strategic goals and annual performance/compensation cycles, recommending enhancements to reduce expenses and justify benefits.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard company reputation, and ensure compliance with laws and policies, while supervising staff and maintaining accountability.
Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Knowledge of funds services and their processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical systems.
  • Previous supervisory experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $81,600.00 – $
