Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager within PNC's Wealth Management, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Regional Sales Managers lead a team of Financial Advisors and support staff within a highly collaborative circuit of bank branches. PNC Wealth Management executes an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing, and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts support our advisor teams in creating personalized solutions for our clients.

- Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals, including direct sales and client responsibilities.
- Oversee the execution of strategy.
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities.
- Achieve business results, attract new customers and grow existing customer relationships by coaching and managing according to defined strategies and tactics.
- Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans, managing risk/return and driving quality for new and/or existing clients.
- Identify and mitigate various types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Maintain an effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing clients.
- Bring the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Develop team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
- Motivate and develop staff, including acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues.
- Plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes.
- Connect strategy to day‑to‑day activities and update the team regularly.
- Coach team members on skills required to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk and lead others on credit requests, using advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

- Work Experience:
8+ years industry‑relevant experience, at least 5 years prior management experience, proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility; a higher level education such as a Master’s, PhD, or relevant certifications is desirable. - Education:

Required FINRA Series 7 and 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65).
Base Salary: $ – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
