Retail Operations Manager (ROM) responsible for leading and developing a Retail Selling and Merchandising organization in an assigned geography. Oversees client and retailer coverage, executes objectives set by clients, retailers and business development managers.

• Maintain high‑performing teams and ensure client KPI execution, addressing retail issues promptly.
• Develop people through training, performance reviews, assessments, associate development plans and succession planning.
• Source external talent and integrate new associates into the organization.
• Manage expense and/or revenue/operating income budgets for the area of responsibility.
• Grow base business and add new business.
• Travel and drive as essential duties.
• Provide proactive communications and manage change across stakeholders.
• Maintain working knowledge of company systems and interpret retail reporting data to offer actionable insights.
• Oversee retail routing and approve routing decisions for assigned region.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
• 5+ years of retail experience with associate management.
• 1‑3 years of successfully managing Retail Merchandisers, P&L, budgeting and forecasting, and managing client expectations either personally or through a team.
• Customer and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to direct, lead, coach and develop people.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical skills, strong prioritization, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Travel and driving essential; up to 80% travel.
